CANCELLATION POLICY
CaJah Salon Spa MedSpa requires a 48hr notice for all appointment changes and/or cancellations. Please be advised a 50% fee will be assessed for changes made within 48 hours, and up to a 100% fee will be assessed for same day cancellations/no showed appointments. Repeat cancellations will require a card on file/deposit to book any new services and a loss of online booking privileges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the guaranteed income of our providers.

Multiple notifications will be sent before your appointment and every correspondence will include the cancellation fee verbiage - we do our due diligence to inform you ahead of time so that you can cancel in a timely fashion. We love seeing you and don't want you to miss your appointment either!
