CANCELLATION POLICY
HAIR SERVICES
Any hair appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours of booked service(s) may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service(s), and will be determined at the providers discretion.

SPA SERVICES
***ADA ACCESSIBLE ROOM AVAILABLE ON REQUEST***
Any spa appointments require a card on file to book. Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours of booked service(s) will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No showed (canceled same day/at the time of service) appointments will be charged a 90% cancellation fee.

Multiple notifications will be sent before your appointment and every correspondence will include the cancellation fee verbiage - we do our due diligence to inform you ahead of time so that you can cancel in a timely fashion. We love seeing you and don't want you to miss your appointment either!
These policies are not meant as a punishment, and our hopes are never to have to use the card on file. However, in the case that it is needed, it is our priority to ensure the guaranteed income of our employees.
